To become an EXCELLENT employee, one must have a GOOD balance of ATTITUDE, SPEECH and WORK.

To become an EXCELLENT employer, it has to be a GREAT COMBINATION of GENTLE but FIRM and FIRM but FAIR, from the bottom up to the top.
